思维方式 is part of culture. When we learn English we should learn its culture at the same time. That is very important. When we learn English without knowing its culture we will have misunderstanding when we communicate in it. For example, salary or family is a kind of privacy for English native speakers. In China we often talk about salary or family when we meet each other. If we talk about it with English native speakers they will feel your topic is a bit offensive. In fact language is part of culture. So we should learn English and understand its culture. In this way we can use English freely.
