Banana Bread Recipe 香蕉面包食谱
Ingredients 原料3 or 4 ripe bananas, smashed 三或四个成熟的香蕉,捣烂成泥状
1/3 cup melted butter三分之一杯溶化的黄油
1 cup sugar (can easily reduce to 3/4 cup) 一杯食糖(也可以减到四分之三杯)
1 egg, beaten 一枚鸡蛋,打好。
1 teaspoon vanilla 一茶勺香草香精
1 teaspoon baking soda 一茶勺苏打粉
Pinch of salt 一捏食盐
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour 一杯半做面包用的面粉
Method 制法
No need for a mixer for this recipe. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). With a wooden spoon, mix butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in. Add the flour last, mix. Pour mixture into a buttered 4x8 inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool on a rack. Remove from pan and slice to serve.
做该面包不需用搅拌器。先把烤箱预热到华式350度(摄式175度)。用木勺把黄油和香蕉泥在大碗里搅匀。再搅入食糖,鸡蛋和香草香精。撒上苏打粉和盐,再搅拌。最后加面粉搅拌。把搅好的原料放进抹上黄油的4X8英寸面包盘里。烤一小时。放在烤架上晾凉。从盘中取出,切成片就可以食用了。 I like bananas and apples but i don't quite like oranges.
