Experts have urged the government to spend more money out of its $586-billion economic stimulus（刺激） package on health, housing, social insurance and education sectors to increase domestic demand.China unveiled（公布） its massive stimulus plan on Nov 9 to check the downward（向下） trend of the economy. Currently, a bulk（批） of the $586-billion package is being focused on infrastructural(基础设施) development.
