National Day Holiday Trip国庆之旅
On Oct. 1 we went to Huang Yaguan section of the Great Wall in Jixian County, Tianjin as we planned the day before. My wife and I got up very early as usual but found it was a bit foggy when we took our walk outside. We had prepared some water, food and other things we may need for the trip the night before. After we had breakfast and set out for the trip the fog was so heavy that we could see the way well when we drove out of our residential community. We had to drive back. Everyone was a bit disappointed including my son and his girl friend. Fortunately the fog cleared up after 30 minutes or so. So we continued our trip to the Great Wall. It took us only less than 2 hours to get to the Huang Yaguan Pass. It was just 11 am when we got there. We decided to climb the wall first before we had lunch, for neither of us felt hungry. The weather was fine after the fog in the morning. The sun shone brightly but it wasn’t very hot. The autumn weather was cool and crisp. That’s why many people try to go travel during the autumn. We took a lot of pictures on the way to the top of the Great Wall. It was so nice to climb the Great Wall in such fine weather. Everyone was very happy. can u show us some photos?回 1楼(山清水秀) 的帖子
