绝美圣湖羊卓雍措
羊卓雍措(措：意湖，简称为“羊湖”），藏语意为“碧玉湖”、“天鹅池”，西藏三大圣湖之一，是喜玛拉雅山北麓最大的内陆湖。位于雅鲁藏布江南岸、山南浪卡子县境内，湖面海拔4441米，湖水深20—60米，东西长130公里，宽70公里，湖岸线总长250公里，总面积638平方公里，大约是杭州西湖的70倍。
羊湖是高原堰塞湖，大约亿年前因冰川泥石流堵塞河道而形成，被誉为世界上最美丽的水。羊卓雍措，“羊”，上面；“卓”，牧场；“雍”，碧玉；“措”湖。连起来就是“上面牧场的碧玉之湖”，在藏人心目当中被看做是“神女散落的绿松石耳坠”。
羊湖之所以被称为“圣湖”，主要原因是它能帮助人们寻找活佛的转世灵童。蒙古族人崇拜羊湖，更多的是将她奉为羊卓雍措达钦姆，她是藏区的女护法神。因此，羊湖既是龙女的化身，又是女护法神的驻锡地(驻锡：指僧人居住的寺庙)，兼具多重功能或神力。据说，虔诚的佛教徒每年都要绕湖一圈，佛祖就保佑他们这一年吉祥如意。绕湖一圈骑马需要一个月左右，相当于他们到拉萨朝圣一次。
2011年8月31日，乌龙小分队从拉萨前往日喀则，绕道浪卡子、江孜，认真欣赏了一盘羊湖。当我们站在海拔5030米的岗巴拉山口时，眼前的羊湖就像一块镶嵌在群峰之中的蓝宝石，碧蓝的湖水平滑如镜，清澈的湖水，绿绿的草地，巍峨的雪山，如洗的蓝天，成群的牛羊……湖光山色，景色如画，仿如置身人间仙境。除了陶醉、震撼、涤荡着你的灵魂，其他你还能想什么呢？
