Just hours after running for over five hours to complete the New York marathon, actress Katie Holmes donned a pair of high heels to attend her husband's movie premiere（公演）.
Holmes, wearing a pants suit and black, open toed heels, joined Tom Cruise at New York's Museum of Modern Art for a screening of his new film Lions for Lambs.
When People magazine asked Cruise about about his wife's resilience（体力恢复）, he beamed proudly, saying \"I know, I know. It's amazing.\"
Holmes crossed the finish line of the New York Marathon with a time of 5:29:58.
\"I'm a little tired, but it was worth it,\" Holmes told Access Hollwyood after completing her run.
