I had several chances to start my own business but i was always worried about my ability to run the business. So i am still working for companies of others. I'd rather work for others instead of running business of my own.

Different people may like different way of living.
I like challenge and if I succeed in my own business, I will be very proud and if I earn some money, I can give my parent a good life, and if more money, I can help lots of people, so I really want to
start a business

I once took a part-time job selling books, and I really think it cannot be called business yet, because I was not busy.

I do not know why you use jussive mood here.
And feels uncomfortable somewhat...
