English-English dicitonary gives exact explanantions than Chinese-English dictionary. 看懂了英英解释，往往更能熟练准确的应用词汇，而初学时候，我翻汉英词典写英语，闹了很多低级笑话，呵呵 For the English beginners better not use 汉英词典 when writing something in English. Do listening and reading first before we begin writing in English. When we do listening and reading we can learn many useful words and expressions.
