An Italian man has bought a Texas ghost(鬼)town for $3.8 million on eBay, the Internet auction(拍卖)site.

The town, named Albert, has one house, a dance hall and a bar that is open on weekends.

However, the town, which is 100 kilometers north of San Antonio, has no residents(居民).

Yes, land belongs to the state, and people have only the right to use it.
But inconsequently, any one can not buy a house with land parted.

In China we can rent land or farmfor production. We don't own the land or farm but we can use it tomake money.
