An Italian man has bought a Texas ghost（鬼）town for $3.8 million on eBay, the Internet auction（拍卖）site.

The town, named Albert, has one house, a dance hall and a bar that is open on weekends.

However, the town, which is 100 kilometers north of San Antonio, has no residents（居民）.

The ownership of a town should belong to government, I don't think so in China, people can buy

Yes, land belongs to the state, and people have only the right to use it.
But inconsequently, any one can not buy a house with land parted.

In China we can rent land or farmfor production. We don't own the land or farm but we can use it tomake money.
