There is too much stress in our work and life. That why sometimes people feel tired though they don't work long hours. The solution is to do some work-out every day to keep fit and fresh our minds. Another good way is to have a trip to some new places, which will get you out of the old surroundings and relax both your body and mind.

well nvm anyway this is life like uphill climbing, now or never, just live while we are alive. Don't and never give up on your faith, sometime when you facing some fking or fker, jst fk it. Deep breathing, Small every morning.

Life is colorful cuz we work hard to make it happen. Life is colorful but we need to do something to spice it up.
