Many teachers in China work very hard and seldom care about their health. When they give lessons in class they lose themselves in teaching. After class they have piles of students' exercises to check and prepare the next class. I suggest teachers should do some sports when they have no lessons. The school should take teachers for sightseeing every semester so that they can relax and gain more engery for their work.
