职位描述：
1, 在动画行业里具有良好的人脉。

4, 熟悉动画制作中各种运作流程和相关业务

薪金待遇：年薪24万+项目奖金提成

另聘以下职位：

职位二：三维动画制作 6名
职位描述：
1, 有一定的美术基础，具有一定的动画领悟能力
2, 熟练使用MAYA，XSI软件，特别是对动画，特效的把握和调整
3, 熟悉low polygon角色建模，贴图者优先。
4, 具备优秀的管理协调能力，有较强的责任心。
5, 原中科万维培训学校的学员，从业经验2年以上者优先

薪金待遇：年薪8万+项目奖金提成
工作地点：天津市

职位三：动画市场策划组组长 1名
职位要求：
1. 熟悉网络动画，游戏行业，至少1年以上动画行业工作经历
2, 掌握市场营销知识，网络宣传和营销
3, 把握用户体验、用户心理
4, 具有良好的分析和判断能力
5，原中科万维培训学校的学员，从业经验2年以上者优先

薪金待遇：年薪5万+项目奖金提成
工作地点：天津市

职位四：3D动画特效设计师  2人
   
职位描述：
1, 熟悉相关的光效粒子特效动画特效；
2, Photoshop、Premiere 和其他非编软件；
3, 对微观，宏观场景都能进行优秀的控制和表现。
4, 有影视动画工作经验者优先。
5，原中科万维培训学校的学员，从业经验2年以上者优先


薪金待遇：年薪6万+项目奖金提成
工作地点：天津市

职位五：3D动画角色师 2人
职位要求：
1, 从事游戏或卡通角色开发时间1年以上，至少拥有完整个人作品
2, 掌握3DMAX 、Photoshop、painter
3, 可熟练制作角色模型及相关角色动画
4, 有良好美术基础，造型结构能力强
5, 对自然现象和感情控制须有良好的理解力和平衡力。
  6，原中科万维培训学校的学员，从业经验2年以上者优先


薪金待遇：年薪6万+项目奖金提成

职位六：原画设定及插画师 2人  
职位要求：
1，扎实的美术功底，手绘能力强，对色彩把握度较高。在动漫和图形方面都有所长，
2，一年以上动漫相关工作经验，具有网络广告或电子杂志动漫设计经验者优先，
3，热爱休闲娱乐游戏，能敏锐捕捉时尚元素，
4，有很强的理解和沟通能力；
5，精通相关图形软件和动画设计工具；能够独立制作风格独具的flash动画，

薪金待遇：年薪3.8万+项目奖金提成

职位七：资深美工(全职) 1人
职位描述：  
1、计算机、美术或设计相关专业。
2、具有良好的创意设计能力及良好的色彩感，能制作出精致的作品；
3、精通Photoshop & Illustrator & Flash & Dreamweaver等设计工具，有成功案例。
4、熟悉HTML语言，熟练DIV+CSS，精通DREAMWEAVER等网页制作工具，能独立完成网站的规划和静态页面制作；
