Fine day after the rain 雨过天晴

It is Wednesday today. The sky is clear and the air is fresh after the rain yesterday afternoon and last night. The sun is shining brightly in the sky and the cool autumn wind is blowing. The temperature has dropped a lot after the rain. It had been warm for more than two weeks before the rain yesterday. i put on more clothes today to keep warm. Many more tree leaves fell to the ground when temperature dropped with cool wind blowing. However, the bright sunshine gives us some warmth in cold late autumn weather days. People like to walk in the sun now to keep warm.

The northwesterly wind is very strong today and it is blowing hard to sweep the pollutant in the air away. The sky is blue with bright sunlight. It is a nice autumn day.

1. I think it is necessary to have\"today\" here in the sentence because the temperature dropped a lot today compared to yesterday or before. It is ok if\"today\" is placed at the end of the sentence.

2. \"on\" is a prepsotion here in the sentence. It is an attribute, which means\" the leaves that (were)grew on the broadleaf trees. There is only one predicate in this sentence.

3. \" says\" is used here to express a fact. Of course \"showed\" is ok, too but if it is used \"will\" should be changed to \"would\".

4. Northeast China 东北，parts=places or areas; some northeastern parts of the country=some places or areas in Northeast China.

您误解了，您得解释我看了，的确像您说的，从语法词法上，表达谈不上错误，但是，我的意思是说，说英语不是按照中文习惯翻译过去，而是要学习native english 的表达方式。因为英语为了交流，目的让外国人明白咱们得意思，所以咱说话，得按着人家的习惯。就像，老外初学汉语，要是也按她们的语序和习惯表达，然后说中文单词，咱们绝对听不懂。

When in Rome do as Romans do. When we speak English we should try our best to follow the way of native speakers. It is true that many English beginners in China can't use English as freely as the native speakers. They think in Chinese first and then translate what they want to express into English. That is not the correct way to learn English. That's why many people in China speak Chinglish. How to learn to express ourselves in English in its natural way? I guess we should try to listen to and read English spoken and written by native speakers. Practice makes perfect. When we speak English, forgetting all about our own language it shows that we have mastered the spirits of English and can really use it freely.
