A Very Hot Day Today 今天很热

It was still cool yesterday. When I took a walk yesterday I could feel the cool wind blowing on my face. But it gets so hot today suddenly. The maximum temperature is 34 degrees today. I can feel the burning hot sunlight on my face when I am out. Luckily it is still not that out inside home or office. I guess the air conditioners will be turned on if the temperature goes on like this.

I don't see many people outside in the street. They prefer to stay indoors to escape the strong sunlight. Even if they go out they have to use umbrellas or straw hats to prevent from sun burn.

Talking about dogs it reminds me of the phrase Dog Days or \"the dog days of summer\". It refers to the hottest, most humid days of summer.
