The Autumn Rain秋雨

It started to rain when I was taking a walk with my wife as usual last night, so we were caught in the rain. We had to hurry home but we still got wet. As the saying goes the autumn rain leads the weather to winter. The temperature drops a lot after the rain. People have to put on more clothes to keep warm. However, the air is fresher in the morning and the sun shines more brightly after the rain last night. And the warm sunlight compensates the cold weather a bit. It is quite comfortable that people can enjoy the warm sunlight on the cold autumn day. The wind is blowing outside now and the dirty particles in the air have been washed and blown away by the autumn rain and wind. Of course the wind also blows some leaves of the trees off to the ground. I could see some fallen leaves on the road when I drove to work this morning. I hope the autumn rain and wind can remove our hard memories of the summer heat as well the pain of sorrow and bring a new world to us.
