SEOUL, May 21 (UPI) -- A man presumed被认定 to be the mysterious older brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un was spotted in London on Wednesday.
The 33-year-old Kim Jong Chul金正哲 was last seen in Singapore in 2011 attending an Eric Clapton concert, reported South Korean news agency Yonhap.
On Wednesday, Japanese television network TBS reported the man captured捕捉到 on camera footage镜头 was "undoubtedly" Kim Jong Chul, and that he traveled through Beijing and Moscow.
