Quite right. English is a languange and we have to use it so that we can learn it well. Many people learn English but seldom use it. That's why they can't learn it well. We have to speak it, listen to it and write in it. We can talk to anyone who can speak English. Go to English corners to speak English there with other English learners. Listen to the radio or watch TV news in English. It is good practice to improve listening. Write diaries or blogs in Englsh. We don't need to write long articles, Write a fews sentences or a short passage in our blogs. I'm sure we can learn English well if we follow this way.
