Yesterday, I went to a university to recruit university students to work in our company.
In the past, when I wanted to find a job, sb always asked me lots of questions and then hard
examinations....
But now, I ask students questions....

Yesterday, I stand for examination.
Today, I sit for your answers.
The things is changing everyday, so I think any time, you should not look down upon another
person, since tomorrow, he maybe your boss!

I gave some interviews for some companies. Some interviewers were so nurvous during the internewa dn they didn't know what to say and how to answer the questions. I had the experience of going to the interview, too. My experience is that we should have confidence first. Then we should answer the questions honestly. We should give the real reason why we want that job and how much we know about the job.

Yes, the most important thing is the confidence, just brave to speak loudly.
I was interviewing a boy, when he asked if he got the chance of writen examination, but my
colleague said no, and he tried his best to show off his English, in fact, his English was hard to
understand, because of the local accent, and we were moved by his confidence, so we give him
the chance
