hehe~! I got 2 presentations for my project group last week, it drives me crazy, every1 in group got 10 mins oratorical time. One of my grp member told me, Respect your knowledge and avoid prejudging your performance, Overcome your fears before it overcomes you. Take it, i believe you can make do it.

If you have no choce you have to face it. Be brave and don't lose heart even if you fail this time. you at least gained some experience from making the speech before your colleagues.

I have to learn chinese again since it is a little hard for me to make a group to understand me.

Making speech is an art. Some people can write well but can't make good speeches. Just like learning English many people can read and write in English but can't talk in English well. It needs a lot of practice to make a good speech in either English or Chinese.

Yes, practice is very important, but the chance of practice is not too much
