Yes, Honesty is the best policy but the world is changing. We have to do things down-to-earth. We can't live in our dreams. It is true that peole say the world is full of love but there are a lot of killings and bombings too. We need to hide our true feelings in order to survive or to live better. 人在屋檐下不得不低头。。。We can't change the world but we can make ourselves to live in this world better.
Listening to English songs is a good way to practise English. Reading English newspapers and writing blogs in English can also help a lot to improve English. I like to chat in English with other English learners. There are several English chatrooms on interent. Chatting in English can improve English and make more friends at the same time. Kill two birds with one stone!
Learning English is a process. It takes time and efforts to learn it well. Practice makes perfect and hard work leads to success. If you want to learn it well you have to practise listening, reading, speaking and writing in English evcery day.
